On Monday 15 March 2021, new legislation called The Financial Services Legislation Amendment Act 2019 (FSLAA) came into force.
As a result of this, we have made a change to our terms and conditions.
The term “Authorised Financial Adviser” no longer applies and the new designation is “Financial Adviser”.
There are no other changes to our terms and conditions.
