Summer Online Account Access

Online access makes it easy for you to see your money, track its progress, change how it’s invested and read our regular newsletter articles.

When you join Summer, we keep you informed. We share our knowledge, helping you stay informed both about your money and the broader investment market.

Below are some examples of what a Summer member sees when they login. Please note all images shown on this webpage are illustrative only.


As a Summer KiwiSaver scheme member you are able to:

  1. View your account information on your Dashboard
  2. Check your balance
  3. View an estimated projection of what you are on track to receive at age 65 as either a lump sum or a weekly amount until age 90. The calculation uses a number of assumptions. Find out more on the Financial Markets Authority website at www.fma.govt.nz/kiwisaver-projections
  4. See what account you are invested in
  5. Track your:
    • Balance and contributions, including the ability to adjust the time period of the graph
    • Investment choice and asset allocation
    • Monitor progress towards your estimated maximum Government contribution eligibility
  6. Navigate to other sections of your account, including to:
    • View your transaction history
    • View your annual member and tax statements
    • Switch your investments
    • View and update your personal details, including your prescribed investor rate (PIR)

Mobile access

The Summer website is mobile friendly and it's easy to load a shortcut on your device's home screen, which will take you directly to the website when you need to access it.

It’s quick and easy to ask to transfer or to join Summer. All you need is your IRD number and driver licence or passport handy. We’ll manage the process and if you have an existing provider we’ll liaise with them on your behalf.
